2019. Our inaugural event. Four days of workshops, panel discussions, creative talks, and a portfolio review, this conference provided a holistic, inspirational, and informative fashion experience. With a focus on the Japanese Market, featured speakers and guests came from both the local and international fashion scene.

2020. The uncertainty brought about by the pandemic had left those of us in the creative industries with questions and anxieties. PH Fashion Conference, The Fashion and Design Council of the Philippines, and SoFA Design Institute joined forces to bring FASHION FORWARD DIALOGUES: a series of online conversations to spark hope and innovation in the midst of challenging times.

2020. Time for some good conversation! To continue our efforts to provide Filipino fashion creatives with skills to propel their brands onward, we offered learning sessions with @mondayoffph and @seriousstudio.

2020. The who, what, when, and why of how mentorship can contribute to the success of a fashion creative.

2021. The culmination of a fashion journey that began in November 2019 with PHx Fashion Conference, an event focused on helping emerging Filipino brands gain a foothold in the Japanese fashion market. After the conclusion of the PHx Tokyo mentoring process spearheaded by CITEM, eight designers will mark their debuts in Tokyo for the womenswear and menswear buying season.

2022. For the fair, the PHx Group took over 10 rooms of the Maarte Fair & the Peninsula Manila’s fifth floor to showcase 23 of today’s representative local designers, all with talent that transcends conventional cuts and colorways. In addition to presenting their collections, some of which were made specifically for the event, designers were also given the liberty to redecorate their suites and reflect their own visual vocabulary.
